Prices are reviewed monthly because distributor allocation and exchange rates move hardware costs. Non-stock Zebra, Honeywell and Datalogic hardware is usually 5 to 12 working days depending on distributor allocation.
Procurement Rules
Payment, Pilot Loans And Courier Release
Orders below £2,500 ex VAT are payable before dispatch.
Orders above £2,500 ex VAT require a 40 percent deposit with the balance due before courier release unless a credit account is agreed.
Accessory-only orders are accepted from existing customers with a minimum of £150 ex VAT.
Loan scanners are available for up to 10 working days on paid pilots where the proposed order value exceeds £3,000 ex VAT.
Delivery is UK mainland by insured courier. TradeTech engineers travel up to 90 road miles from Northampton for surveys, pilots and deployment days.
