Staging And Rollout

Devices Arrive Labelled, Charged And Checked Against The Job

TradeTech does more than ship boxes. Devices can be staged with Wi-Fi profiles, keyboard wedge settings, browser lockdown, MDM enrolment and a test barcode sheet before courier release.

Confirm Specification

Model count, scan range, Wi-Fi band, cradle type, application name, MDM requirements and delivery week are confirmed before hardware is ordered.

Build Pilot

A 6-device pilot normally takes 2 working days after Wi-Fi and application details are received. Paid pilots over £3,000 proposed order value can include loan scanners for up to 10 working days.

Stage Batch

Each device is configured, labelled and checked. Cradles receive 9 mm black-on-yellow Dymo Rhino labels because clear labels disappear under warehouse dust.

Release To Site

Orders are released by insured UK mainland courier after balance payment or agreed credit terms. On-site engineer days are booked where rollout support is needed.

Device Pilot

Usually 2 working days after Wi-Fi, application login flow and scan test requirements arrive.

Typically staged in waves over 3 to 5 working days once stock is allocated and pilot settings are accepted.

Mixed Fleet Refresh

Planned around distributor allocation, serial capture, charger count and site release dates. Non-stock hardware commonly runs 5 to 12 working days.
